Return Policy
We know that it is sometimes hard to order clothing online.  We try our best to make your shopping experience the best possible.  We understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you would've liked will happen.  This is why we strive to make our return policy as easy to follow as possible! 
When returning an item to Gorgeous Hanger, please take note of our following return policy as we remain firm on this with all of our customers.
  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
  • Full refund will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returns (please see below and take note of all steps on how a return is eligible).  
  • Returns must be post-marked within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive your shipment.  Any returns postmarked after (14) days will be rejected.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. All tags must still be attached.  Shoe boxes are an important part and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.  You cannot use the shoe box as a shipping container, please place inside a separate bag or box.
  • SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE,  AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.  

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed on or between Nov. 21st and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th.  Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th.  All other return guidelines still apply.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  No exceptions, if we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item within the 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:

  • Use your smartphone or other device to take pictures of the defective/damaged area and email the images to gorgeoushanger@gmail.com, please include the tag in the image showing that it is still attached.  
  • Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
  • Include the first and last name on your Gorgeous Hanger account, order #, and product code or name of the item.  
  • You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • There is no need to notify us of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
  • Returns must be post-marked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.
  • Returns must be received in their original condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of the original invoice included.  If you are unable to find the original invoice, please print a copy of the order confirmation email.  Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in processing the refund.

** if an item is stained, smells of smoke, perfume, animal hair/scent, deodorant, or has the appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.  You will be notified via email that your refund has been processed.
